You are right., its one of the real wierd things about that kit. YOu cut a hole in the stock bucket and bolt that little tower on. Looks to be way more work than a simple hoop and brace.

This setup works well and it alot less than an LT kit. It cycles 10-11 inches. SAW coilover, CST 4 inch spindle, Chaos arm (gets about 2 inches more droop) and 2 inch stroke Radflo bump

Forgot to Say Greg at PRG did that setup and built the bump mounts.

This pic is with the SAWs. I used to have donahoes but the front was about 2 inches taller which I did not like and while nice the SAWs handle better on the street and in the dirt. Still lots of preload left in the SAWs if I want to go taller again as well.

The rear is the 2 inch deaver mini pack.

So I heard on here from a reliable source that I could take Titan(stock) lowers and throw them on my 06frontier and take the spindle, modify it a little and get an upgraded coilover and have a longtravel kit. Is this true??? Anyone care to chime in??? I'd like to see close up pictures of this DONE to a truck, before I do it to mine. Thanks

the titan doesnt look too great when it comes off the lot but it looks bad ass with even a mid travel kit on it! gives it a whole different look IMO from the nose plowing look it comes with.

Not doubting that statement but it looks kinda wide for a CST titan kit

i would not put spacers on any car/truck, especilally one that is actually going to be used.

When properly maintained they are not a bad thing at all. My brother has to run them with his LT kit because his stock wheels rub the spindle. But the truck is so dialed you would never no the difference.

Can't really bulge out the bedsides much more, that's how they come from Glassworks and they are pretty wide. I wouldn't want to add anymore stress to these hubs with these fucking huge tires.

Yeah, just the CST kit up front with a few mods to it, heimed steering and UCA's. Not a bad kit really, it was the only one out when I got the truck, but no complaints here. Rear end is pretty much stock, just traction bars, deavers, and shackles. Really need to get it geared for these 39's next.
