Ive looked around and havent found anyone who makes any headers for a Nissan Titan. Maybe someone does, but I havent been able to find any so far. Anyone know of a company that does? GregG? Kartman?

JBA makes some. They look nice and most JBA products fit very nice and are very high quality. here's a link.

    JBA makes shorties
Stillen, and powerflow make long tubes that take out the cats.

The JBA's are a bitch as you need to remove your stock set-up, bolt the new ones in, tack weld the cat on, then remove and finish welding, then reinstall. Most people find no gain in power with the JBA. The stillen headers are pretty nice, ive sold a few of them but never installed a set (i will soon as i need a new manifold and i have a bad 02 sensor). Stillen also has the electronics to make sure the computer doesnt read a code. Im a stillen dealer so if you need a DR discount, I can offer that to you on thier parts. THe headers sold by 4x4 parts are just JBA's although they dont mention it (kinda like they do with Total Chaos parts).

Greg, please let me know how that install goes with the Stillen headers. I would like to know if its something that I would want to do on my own, or just pay someone. Will the Stillen headers, and electronics void the warranty? I would think they might because you remove an O2 sensor right? Warranty is my only worry, because my truck is only 5 months old, and have a lot of services to do on the truck that were negotiated into the cost of my truck for 60K miles. Here in Colorado, we don't have smog on the western slope (western half of the state divided by the Rocky's) so Im not worried about smog. I was also thinking of doing a complete new exhaust as well, not just headers. But like I said, if any of this voids the warranty.. I don't want to do anything like that. Thanks!!

eric, do and intake and a muffler. Get gears when they are available. That will wake your truck up a lot. When stillen finally releases thier new computer (should be worth a real 35-40hp) do these mods and call it a day. none of these "Should" void your warantee. leave headers and superchargers for after the warantee is up.

Call JP Performane in Santa Ana. Jose makes BEAUTIFULL headers and he built a couple of sets that we took over to Bob Graham to run on his race and pre-runner Titans. If you look at Bob's 1k pics he is running JPs sticker.

    714 754 6977 Ask for Jose

Or call Bob at Titan off-road and he can dial you in. These headers are making significant HP and JP can tell you what kind of numbers on the dyno. They also worked something out with the O2 sensor so that there is no check engine light so they won't throw a code. These things are beautifull and race tested.
