Well I am still not convinced, so I will give welding a try with some pam squirt on there and see how it goes.
Lol I did not like the look of that drop pitman arm.. I am considering cutting down the misalignments on the two heims for the pitman arm to make it a little slimmer. I might also consider only having one heim on the pitman arm.
Dollar store canola oil for the tight wads.
and now that is the place I wouldnt mind buying supplies.

Starting on the shock hoops today. Damn master cylinder in the way... clearancing for the eventual 35x12.5r15.. 33s for now.. should have about 3/4” firewall clearance at full lock full bump with 35s.. most likely going to start with C/O off the rad arm, then bumpstop off the beam, and then bypass off the front of the beam.. last setup I left 3/8” shaft showing at bump without a cage.. might try 1/2” this time.. thoughts? What do you guys do?

What bend radius is that on the shock hoop? Looks huuuuge!

Regarding shock shaft showing at full bump:
I remove the strike pad on the bump or use an old worn out pad, then I leave around 1/8” of shock shaft showing. After I have all that stuff set, I install a shaft bump—urethane, black rubber, microcellular yellow foam, WTFever.... I really like the yellow Eibach(?) shaft bumps that I got from FOA.

Its actually two bends, but affordable bender advertises 7” radius. The front is a 90* and the back is 70* .. I kind of wish I would have gone with 3 pieces of straight tube.. but idk get bent I guess.. and thanks for the info.. so about an 1/8” plus estimated delrin squash.. also i was always concerned those larger FOA foam shaft bumps wouldnt do to well fullsized gettin squashed to like a 1/4” then just implode or tear or something.

I got a pair of yellow foam bump stops off the rear of a Chevy 1500 for my shock shafts. Haven’t had the chance to try them out yet but my uncle uses them on every offroad vehicle he owns and they seem to do the trick. And they’re dirt cheap from your local junk yard or vatozone

I opened up my bypasses (3.0x16 4tube Fox) on my lunch break today to freshen them up and check the valving. I don’t have a single clue when it comes to what I need to start with, inside the shocks is a “3,2,1” compression and a #70 rebound but with all .012’s. I’ve read a bunch of the shock threads on here but some of the terminology I’m unfamiliar with confuses things... if anyone could point me in the right direction for a baseline valving I should put in these or if I could utilize the ones I have in a “flutter” stack or something of the sorts It would be much appreciated. I have a 64 kit, 2 spares, jack and battery in the bed.
