Its actually two bends, but affordable bender advertises 7” radius. The front is a 90* and the back is 70* .. I kind of wish I would have gone with 3 pieces of straight tube.. but idk get bent I guess.. and thanks for the info.. so about an 1/8” plus estimated delrin squash.. also i was always concerned those larger FOA foam shaft bumps wouldnt do to well fullsized gettin squashed to like a 1/4” then just implode or tear or something.What bend radius is that on the shock hoop? Looks huuuuge!
Regarding shock shaft showing at full bump:
I remove the strike pad on the bump or use an old worn out pad, then I leave around 1/8” of shock shaft showing. After I have all that stuff set, I install a shaft bump—urethane, black rubber, microcellular yellow foam, WTFever.... I really like the yellow Eibach(?) shaft bumps that I got from FOA.
