Can I do that on a 94? It’s obd1 or whatever. I can’t plug a scanner into it

Coolant temp sensor is a big one on these older fords but after that I’d look at MAF/ignition system

Could very well be the temp sensor. I know there’s two sensors but also my temp gauge always reads wayyyy on the cool side

Time to get a mechanical sensor or a way to read temp in degrees not a needle along the word normal.

Honestly I’m not really worried about knowing the exact temp. As long as it’s in the range it’s fine in my book. However, I do need the computer to know the exact temp so I’m gonna swap that sensor
