Full custom (drive)shaft with slip yoke won’t be more than ~$850 from the most reputable shops. Drivelines Inc, Inland Empire, JE Reels, etc.
However it is 2021 and the libtards are in charge so it could be closer to a cool grandski these days

I'll be using 1.75" tube almost exclusively for the link stuff and radius arms. Doing this I can keep it all 1.25" heims and 5/8" hardware, making it easy to keep a couple spares and all same tooling. Thoughts?

Edit: probably going to do radius arm mounts and lower links (front and rear) with 3/4" hardware

Also, What size heims for the steering? Probably going to do stock Y style for right now, but with heims to save some monies, and then do single swing next off season (unless it won't be much more expensive to go single swing. As far as joints are concerned)

Isn't the swing steering only 2 extra rod ends? The frame pivots on bushings which are low cost. Could you do ruffstuff components?

Edit: it's 3 extra rod ends

That makes sense. I suppose it's been done enough that it shouldn't take too long to figure out. I'll be picking Mikey's brain when that time comes. So ill factor in another few hundred dollars. Not too bad

these are the best heims to use for steering IMO. (At knuckles and pitman arm with 3/4" bolt) No need for spacers! great for single sheer too.

7/8 x 3/4

Here's the link for my future reference lol

I should say those are the ones I like to use when i just bore out a knuckle or pitman arm to 3/4" If you can't use a 3/4" bolt... think you need to go spacer route with a 7/8 heim
