Might call up Dutchman Axles and see what they will make you an axle for. explain how yours dont have the necked down area after the splines and you snapped two right there. they can make you a shaft without issue.

Decided to throw the dice and ordered up an axle from Speedway. This will be the last one from them. I’ll start looking for a different company to build them. 5 week turn around! I find that to be an insane amount of down time.
Pulled the housing for fresh paint and hub seals. Next agenda will be to rebuild the rear shocks.

Broken axle obviously resulted from trying to pass me on the Mojave trail... well, that and the fire-breathing 2.9 of infamy!
Started working on a rear bumper. I liked how short the rear of the truck was, but I was worried about certain people nerfing my jack and I didn’t have any recovery points to slap a strap around.

A tube on the bottom would probably be better for recovering/towing stuck or broken down Toyotas from.
