Which style 90s were on the resi lines? I hadn't thought about that but it is a choke point.

I did not measure anything but the resi hose ID is pretty small relatively to hose OD. The fittings ID were probably smaller, I dont know if this bend will have much of an impact.

Went out to geiser loop around 5:30 tonight..

the rear Valving felt the best yet.. 10s comp. 8s rebound. 3/3 Flee bleeds open. Bypass tubes fully open. 250psi rear bypass.. still would not bottom out on some hard hits.

Then this happened at some point.. I did not even notice until i got out and did a once over on the truck.

Good point, I did not think about what was supporting the weight. Ill start by loosing the axle wrap bushings. And see if the rear drops more. I will have to cycle the rear again because leaf separation has gotten worse lately. Im going to have to see if Deaver will make me some main leafs only. Last time I called they wanted the whole pack to be there with them. I figured they could just send me some F31 main leafs. Unless they make every pack slightly different and have to form them to fit each pack.

Then take the money, buy a cheap RCI cell, a junkyard 9" and some coil overs....

buy some cheap ass Rem Hot roll and HREW at the local yard and link it now while you are ahead.(they had a ton at IMS last time was there. hell I bought a nice strip of 1/8. Like >.50 a pound.),

1. Your mind will be blown how much better it is...
2. Profit!

worse case, go down to dunbar spring in downtown phx. they can fix you up with a new main.
