I'm not. Just did beam bushings without pulling the brakes apart. Those bitches are tough to get in the press by yourself with all that weight hanging off the end.

Still slowly working on radius arm plating.. but today I am working on a new tool. So far only about an hour of time. Country music playing, materials consisted of old broken harbor freight demo hammer spade bit, and scrap 3/16” and 1/8” plate.

Drill and tap the tube connecting to the press so you can run a set screw to keep it from falling off whenever you take pressure off. Or drill and weld a nut to the outside... It'll make life way easier.

I was thinking about a set screw , but then it wouldnt be self centering and be able to move around. And lately my setting stuff by eye has been so far off it looks like Fasternu was doing it after seein his vlogs. Lol

Just tried the Barge recommended cooking spray pre weld, and surprising there were no dingleberries and made the garage smell great. Also finished the cabcage and started painting, this paint was on sale on rockauto so i got it for the truck Ford metallic royal blue. About 3$ a can. Next painting beams, rad arms and starting on steering.
