Thanks @DWPhoto it’s pretty great not having it taking up all the room out back.
Changing it up a little tonight. Need a more permanent spot for the plate, plus have a better latch setup after talking to bodj the other day. Can’t go killing a buss full of nuns.

now I have a tab to keep it from going in towards the tailgate, and cut a recessed spot into the bumper for the pad in an effort for it to look better and be a little less shitifab. Adding that tube already seems to have made it more rigid, have to wait to get the latch attached to know for sure.

Do you think you could fit a 2.0 coilover in between the extended upper arm and clear the CV?

So if any of you dudes have an old Toyota with a vf1a transfer case and the rear output shaft seal starts leaking, the correct aftermarket seal number is national seal 710141. Took me an embarrassingly high number of attempts to find and buy the proper seal. On the other hand I now have three seals for a rf1a transfer case if anyone wants them. Free timken red grease all over them.

Also added a dust lamp in the middle of the spare tire.

need to either add my chinee LEDs up front or build a mini tube bumper that bolts to the bumper for my hella 4000s. Still a few more things till the camping with with the wife up the 395.

Would like to add more lights up front, add a switch to raise and lower the back window from the inside of the bed so I don’t need to have the key on, need to find the oem bed hooks to strap down the ice chest. Then a nice prep/nut and bolt check.

Pro tip on fixing fender well cracks, delete fender well.
I like camping off 395 😉
Maaaaaaaan I don’t wanna delete the fender wells yet. I know I’m gonna have to eventually…

If we come up to mammoth I’ll let you know, we can grab a drink. Not sure if we’re going above Crowley. Got any good spots to camp? I have the first couple nights but haven’t 100% tacked down the third or fourth night yet.
