Hey guys, I just bought some forged beams off of an '83 f150. I'm getting them all torn down and cleaned. I'm having trouble finding on where to mount the shock tabs for my coilovers on them and was curious to see if anyone had any measurements or can give me some advice? They are going on a 1997 Mazda B2300.

Are you planning to just bolt them up to your current pivots? I thought the mounting point spread was different on f150 to ranger?

They will still be un-equal length beams, but i am going to custom make some beam mounts off of the stock ones to where they will both sit 4" over stock on each side. Really just custom making a bracket on the passenger side since the passenger side beam is the one that is the shortest. But should bolt right up. MIGHT have some clearance issues with the front crossmember, but aint nothing a little fabrication cant fix!

Sounds like you got it figured out! Just making sure as they don't bolt on without being different lengths side to side!
