What are some good options for full floaters, I want to upgrade from my 31 spline axle 9 inch to preferably a 40 spline full floater to keep up for any drivetrain changes I make in the future.

I’ve looked up Camburg and all said and done their axle comes out to $7000+ from what I’ve seen.

What are some other options that could be a little cheaper but will hold up to abuse?

Classified ads lol. Brand new everything, for a ground up build full floater, will be somewhere from 4500 to 5000 by any reputable company. I’m talking the whole enchilada.. third, housing, axles, hubs, etc.
Companies to check out, speedway1 engineering, solid industries, dirt tech, Ruffstuff, Currie, Cone Industries, Sway-a-way (AFE) makes hubs/snouts now too if I’m not mistaken.

I have heard great things about Schreiner stuff, and a 40 spline setup out-the-door is $3000+3rd. Quick Performance is the least expensive place to get complete 3rds.

Cheapest (and heaviest) option would be junkyard Dana 60 or 14 bolt. Not as glamorous, though.

Speedway is another option and was a similar price as Schreiner. But Speedway only goes to 35 spline.

Schreiner is what we chose on G3 when we already had a bare housing.

I went with Mitler bros and got the 40 spline option from them. Comparable price to speedway and Shriener

disregard my question completely. Just clicked the link and saw this and answered it myself:

Don't know... but Schreiner wouldn't get a 5 star review from me on the GM metric caliper mounts I had them add when they welded snouts in. I had to turn down the pins.. after i ground some shit out to fit the calipers.
