Ford 9” and new Chevy 64s out back
D44 HP w/disk brakes, flat top Chevy knuckles with highsteer and deaver coil springs up front.
Now for the fun stuff.... the guy used rusty scrap metal and meth to build the front suspension. I will post tons of pictures of possibly the worst fabrication to ever be done. When I start the tear down process. (Probably next week).
The good stuff: it came with every ruff stuff bracket I need to rebuild it, all brand new. New ruff stuff highsteer that hasn’t been touched. A ton of new heims, a ton of spare axle shafts, drivelines, a spare 3rd member with 4.56s and a ton of random brackets and tabs from ruff stuff. Also the KM2s and steel 15x10 wheels are literally brand new still have nipples on the tread.
Well let’s just say I paid, for the whole truck, what the wheels and tires are worth. And Rebuilding the front suspension really isn’t all that much work. Also let’s not forget, I started with this $450 truck, and I’ve put a few buck in my pocket each time I’ve sold a truck
