800s are stiff. Stiffer than a full size silverado with 5.3l v8 and long travel. These for your tacoma?
Yeah. That's what I used to run with my old kit so I used those same springs with my current setup and they still work. I had the people over at fox verify as well. 12" shock with ~20" of travel. What do you run?

I ran a 500/700 spring on my double cab supercharged tacoma. Run lightest springs possible and valve the shocks to dampen the bumps

So for comparison...

Your 500/700 has an effective spring rate of 292lbs/in. My 500/800 has an effective rate of 308 lbs/in. ~6% different

Your main coil takes up ~73% of your total length, mine takes up ~69%.

My effective rate is slightly higher than yours but I'm on the the combined spring rate for slightly more of the travel before just the main coil engages (assuming we're both not using the transition ring to switch to the main spring early)

Yeah I used the main spring basically from ride height to full bump. I couldn't get the ride height I wanted with the shorter bottom spring without a lot of preload and that would result in coilbind.
