Completely unnoticeable with everything installed. Hell, it’s damn near impossible to tell in this picture that the arms are 1” different in this dimension:
but what you fail to realize is we all now know and you will forever know one side is narrower than the other due to not counting the little lines on your tape measurerererer

A fabricator mentor of mine once told me "you can't see both sides of the car at once" when I was anguishing over a L and R part coming out slightly different. That saying has completed more projects in a timely manner than any other advice I have been given.
