Trimmed up both fenders, installed resi mounts and pulled the drivers side off today. Wanted to keep working, but needed to pick up the minion. Pups were in the garage as usual.

Those do not look like the same valving, piston, bump.....
I’m hoping 1 is before and 1 is after. Because those definitely are not the same to my eyeballs 😂
Also, 1 has a fucked shaft and 1 has a bump pad. Let’s go with before and after on this one haha

They are different. Left one is the coil over and right one is the bypass. Valving is different, bypass has double stacked .020” as the rate plate. No room for a bump on the coil over.

Coil over shaft was pretty bad, cleaned the pits up with a pick, clean them up real good and smeared some JB weld on the bad spots. Chucked it up in the lathe and sanded it down to 1000 grit and polished it. Bad spots feel smooth now, hopefully it works 🤷🏻‍♂️
