I’m sorry for the crappy screenshot to show what i mean, but this is it. The mismanagement spacer and boss material the bolt passes through for the upper arm is one piece so it takes the shear load off the bolt. Slightly different style than yours since the uniball is vertical and yours are horizontal, but same concept applies. Weld the lower misalignment to the spindle and same idea, just not as strong as making a new misalignment with a long end to weld through the spindle

Yeah that makes sense. Im having to weld a "puck" of 1.5 x 0.325 inside the ball joint bracket for the 3/4 bolt to pass through. I could easily weld the misalignment to this puck and ball joint bracket. I like that idea for sure.

Moving the pivot point way down?
The main issue is the CV and top of the lbj bracket only has a few mm of clearance and a bolt head has to fit in there. Im going to try and keep the lower pivot as high as possible while still maintaining material for the bolt to pass through and misalignment to be welded to
