Caster will be a pain too with those stock radius arms. Bee line in p.b. has the equipment to bend beams. Not too many shops left in San Diego who can bend beams on the truck. They quoted me about 200.
Getting it closer to spec right now, not too bad so far. It’s got Autofab bent cast beams under it now that I put new pivot bushings on, with stock radius arms that they modified to account for the change in height so I’m not too worried about it

The 6” coils should sit just right since these beams are bent for a 4” lift plus the roughly 2” lift from the STX/Expo style stock pivots. I didn’t account for the height difference between stock ranger and STX pivots in my original plan, so I could be off a bit

VenTurA 805!
Camber could also be off a lot as well if he just took it off the jackstands without the spring settling which will lower ride height and camber numbers after a drive through some speed bumps

It will make mowing down EZup's and coolers that much easier.
yeahhhh haha it’ll be happier than a Mustang in a Coachella crowd!
In all seriousness though it was a shitty mock-up with some scrap my buddy had to see if I wanted to try something similar to the desolate valance kit and trim the lower half of the stock bumper off. Idk if I wanna do it or not, may end up trimming the bumper anyway without a valance

Bigger tires would be nice.. mocked up a spare 305/70 my father-in-law had, might step up to 33s since 4.88 gears aren’t much more than 4.56s. Now you see why I may trim the bumper a bit anyway, expecting to probably have to trim or roll the rear fenders if I go up to 33s
