If your happy with the ride hieght move the mount down what you extend the shackle. I like to set the mount up so that the shackle has close to equal angles front/rear when bumped/drooped. Helps prevent funny shit from happening.

Finally got the billies mounted up!
Even took it around the block

This tap talk really doesn't post the pics in any real order.
Anyway, you can see where I'm not talented enough to bend each piece. And my Chinese prasma cuttel may be on it's last leg. Couldn't even cut 3/16 plate anymore
It took about 8hrs total over two days to get those cut, notched, and welded in. There was a part where the wind was blowing and it fucked up my welds and I had to put it off and cut them out and reweld the next day.

Made it at round the block ok. I really think Mitch gonna like the the cab and bed cage.

Just a few more gussets (and put the dash and guages back in) and I'll be able to turn it over to him.
@Turboyota those Bilstein bypasses will live on with the X-BEAM! This beast maiden voyage supposed to be at Durham towne GA for the raptard meetup. 2nd weekend of November
