You cut the bearing cups off the end if the axle and weld them on straight. I've done it 5 or 6 times and never had an issue

That is kinda the plan! I can't remember did you angle those tubes out the back up? I was looking at just running them parallel to the ground. This will also keep them really close to the back of the cab

yes angled over and up to top of frame a bit. If you can get it up to the top corner of frame... that should be strongest. I have a 4 tube junction there (actually 5x if you include cell cross member...)

Well the weather sucks today so I'm gonna prep some stuff in the garage...my plan was to pre-make my 1.50" roll cage sleeves. How long should I make them? I was thinking 8-10" recommendations? As always I appreciate the advice
