Been 4 linking this old rain gutter ranger. Running my 60inch links. And 2.5co and gonna have 3.0 bypass. Did a c notch and kept existing backhalf. Truck has a lsa supercharged 6.0l with th400. Long bed action too.

supercharged 6.0!? Dannng. Thing must rip.... doesn't look heavy at all.

And I was gonna say 60" links seem looong for a Ranger ... but then you said long bed.

Got my part of the 4 link done on this ranger. Customer is gonna tear down paint. New bedside mount and finish up brakes and wiring. Setup for 2.5x14 co and 3.0x16 bypass which he will be buying soon.

How do you keep the sway bar arms from warping into a pretzel when you weld them up? Must take forever to weld a bit and wait to cool down

I weld them full length one pass then do weld next to it full length all the way around. Nm o warping because it's all equally hot at almost same time. Also they are tapered wider at heim than at bar so that helps too.
